PUMP-kin Spice Shake

1/2 cup of canned or fresh pumpkin

1 serving of SF vanilla pudding

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves to taste

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup of water (or soy milk)

ice to desired consistency

Blend and enjoy! 1 serving made with water has less than 150 calories.

Super-power foods: *Pumpkin, Soy, Protein, Water

*Remember, you need a half cup serving of Pumpkin or another orange vegetable every day!
