Strategic Boot Camp 2010

Unlike fad diets or lose-weight quick schemes, Strategic Wellness believes in taking the entirety of your wellness into account. We teach you to do things the “hard way” by attacking your health issues at the core: Your beliefs and your daily choices!

We go beyond providing strenuous exercise and merely handing you a meal
plan; we de-mystify exercise and nutritional science and teach you WHY you
should exercise and eat in specific ways that support your goals.
Our goal is to consolidate all of the components that you need for health and
wellness into one powerful, affordable and time-efficient “program”.
Although we want you to stay with us indefinitely because you love our
supportive environment, program design, incredible results and cost
efficiency, our bottom line desire is to empower you to LEAVE your
experience with us confident that you know how to properly manage your
health and influence the lives of others.

Strategic Boot Camp Program Overview:
1. Resistance Training:
We will treat you to an intense, but do-able weight training program three
days a week utilizing the rapid fat burning method of High Intensity Training
that will help you attain the body composition you desire.
Our tools include but are not limited to weights, suspension training straps,
kettle bells, undulating ropes, kick boxing, yoga, tires and any other means we
can come up with to keep your body guessing and dropping fat while building
beautiful, fat burning, metabolism enhancing muscle.

We will teach you how to meet your goals in only 20-30 minutes 3 days/week
(on non-Boot Camp days). As an added bonus, we will offer you “homework”
that lines up with any physical goals you have for yourself i.e. 5K, marathons,
triathlons, etc. Any excuse we can find to take our fitness out to the “real
world”, we will do! You set the goal and we will find the expert and create a
plan to get you there! (See our page on the Challenge Team)
Each phase will feature a specific event (5 K, Triathlon, Bike Ride) that you
will be invited to train for with your fellow recruits.

3. Nutrition Education:
Ever get confused by all of the conflicting information out there regarding
dieting and healthy eating? We have taken all of the confusing and
contradicting information out there and have developed a plan that will
change your MIND and subsequently your actions by enabling you to look at
food differently.
Become empowered by learning what, how much and when to feed your body
the foods you need to hold off age-related diseases and cancer. Treat your
body and skin to anti-aging nutrients through your every day food choices.
We’ve done the research so that you can reap the benefits of the harnessing
the power of food instead of it imprisoning you!
Forget dieting, learn to live a lifestyle that you will sustain the rest of your life.
All new recruits will have a Transitions Lifestyle System Starter Kit included
in their start up cost and will be encouraged to enroll for a full 12 weeks (two sessions of Boot Camp) of lifestyle change. Research and our own experience finds it takes a full 12 weeks to change habit patterns, get rid of toxic hunger and addictive food habits.
Small group Transition Lifestyle coaching will be available at additional cost.

4. Social Community and Support
forging a new healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. Share

The 2010 Strategic Boot Camp Schedule
All Sessions are 6 weeks long
Kick off for all new recruits will take place the day before Boot Camp begins at Gold’s Gym. 4:00-6:00 pm. Attendance Required.
March 22-April 30
May 10-June 18th
June 28-August 6th
Teen and Kid Camps will run during this time period as well.
August 16-September 24th
October 4-November 12th.

Two sesssions (12 weeks) of Strategic Boot Camp is highly recommended for new recruits to make the significant lifestyle adjustments needed. Subsequent sessions for new recruits will be available at the lower price.
Private nutritional coaching is available at additional cost.
