It’s also bring a friend day! A Free pass to try out our wellness-oriented lifestyle and an invitation to join us for Phase Six, beginning July 6th!

Congratulations to all who participated in our Fort Frazier Trail Ride today at 7 AM! Well done. (Thanks to Jeanie Croes for organizing it for us).

The film, which has been called an African Schindler’s List,[1] documents Rusesabagina’s acts to save the lives of his family and more than a thousand other refugees, by granting them shelter in the besieged Hôtel des Mille Collines.
